Life Unscripted | Vol. 7

Another month of this fabulous blog circle! If you're visiting from Tiffany's circle, thanks for following the circle! If not, you should definitely go check out the beautiful eye candy she's shared this month!
This month is tough. March is NOT my favorite. It is my birthday month, but it's the beginning of the month, which leaves the entire rest of the month long and cold. For lots of you, Spring is in bloom! For us, the snow is still piled on the ground melting every so slowly... I can only hope that April brings us warmer weather and little buds a bloomin'! We did get out for a few warm days.. it was a balmy 40 degrees! haha.. we will take it!
Here are some of my favorite images from this month... I hope you enjoy!

Stick around and follow our circle to the very talented and sweet Crystal's post.... Thanks for joining us, Happy Spring!! <3

Massachusetts Maternity Session | Window Light

Last week I had the absolute PLEASURE photographing two beautiful women. They are sisters by marriage and really great friends by choice. One beautiful lady at 23 weeks with her first baby & son and the other at 31 weeks with her third son.

We had nothing but a little window light and we made magic. With lots of creativity and some good old fashioned free lensing, we got some dreamy and sultry images they'll be able to look back and remember how beautiful they looked & felt<3

Massachusetts Maternity Photographer | Indoor Maternity Session

Last week I had the pleasure of photographing a sweet mama to be for the second time! This beauty is due in March with a little boy! His big sister was the sweetest thing giving mama and baby brother some love throughout the entire session. I love sessions where the client allows me to dig deep and get creative, that was exactly what happened for this session. I reached in my camera bag and grabbed my loved Lensbaby edge80 and went to town. I love the dreamy feeling it gives. I love images that are focused on part of the subject that tells a story while the remainder is softly blurred out. For a maternity session, I've realized that is exactly the type of look I want. I want each image to emphasize the beauty of the mother-to-be in a unique way. I absolutely had a blast with this session and I think these beautiful ladies did too! <3

Kelly & Will | Central Mass Engagement Photographer

I had the honor and pleasure of capturing some sweet moments for this newly engaged couple. The images were taken at the Old Stone Church in West Boylston, Massachusetts and man was it the perfect back drop for these two. It was bitter and cold but they managed to bring such warmth and light to these images... must be all the looove<3

There's no doubt these two have a beautiful future ahead of them. Enjoy scrolling through some of my favorite images from this wintery engagement session.

Project 52 | 2015 WEEK 2 Central Mass Lifestyle Photographer

Two weeks have passed in 2015 and I'm blogging my favorite images from the week :)
This week was a little quiet. I'm having a hard time being limited to mostly indoors. I'm trying to find my creative mojo but it hasn't quite come to me at home yet... I still have about 3 more months to figure out indoor shooting. Here are my favorites!

I've been spending a little more time at home with them these past few weeks... sometimes I want to pull my hair out, but lots of times I remind myself to soak it all in. I enjoyed myself this week :)

Project 52 | 2015 WEEK 1 Central Mass Lifestyle Photographer

The first week of 2015 has come to a close and I have decided to start a Project 52 this year which will encompass my favorite images from each week! Sometimes I will have a handful of images, other weeks I may only have one! I committed to a Project 365 last year and I'm still working on finishing it up. I realized that taking a picture a day is in fact achievable, but editing, posting and sharing it may not always be. A project 52 seems much more attainable, and I will be able to choose my absolute favorites, which makes it a bit more exciting for me!

Here are my first images of the new year. They are mostly of my youngest son, Dean. He is starting out the year at 14 months old. He's happy, sweet, cuddly and so much fun. He started out his first year of life facing a few obstacles. Dean was born with a Cleft Lip and Palate and had to undergo three surgeries at 2 months, 5 months and 8 months of age. It was so difficult to see him go through them, but he came out of each one a fighter and we wouldn't have changed a THING. He was blessed with the best surgeon in the game, Dr. John Mulliken at Boston Children's Hospital. This man is truly gifted and put on this earth to help children like my son. We are forever thankful for him. Anyway, Dean is starting this year with NO surgeries ahead of him. He will spend this year being a sweet one year old with nothing but trouble and fun to get into. He is a blessing and I love him so.
